Delivery Policy

DELIVERY IN MOROCCO
All orders delivered in Morocco are shipped via our partner. The delivery rate in Morocco is 20 MAD for Casablanca and 35 MAD for the rest of the cities.

TAXES
No sales tax will be charged on shipped orders.

WARRANTY
Feelin strives to offer a high-quality product. In the event of a manufacturing defect, Feelin will exchange it for free for one month from the date of purchase. For any other reason, see the return policy below.

DELIVERY
Feelin is committed to shipping products within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt of the order. We are not responsible for loss by the carrier (post or otherwise) or delivery delays due to uncontrollable events. Standard package delivery times are estimated to vary between 1 business day and 5 business days, depending on your choice of delivery method.

PRODUCT INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT
You must examine the products as soon as they are in your possession. If an item is missing or damaged, you must notify Feelin immediately. Feelin will not accept any claims for damaged or missing items more than 7 days from the date of receipt.
